Globe clock with a statuette of Heracles, Augsburg around 1620, signed Hans Reinhold.

Indications: Hours via turning finial figure of a knight on top, minutes, zigns of the zodiac, month via sun disc moving around the celestial globe, length oft he day in hours, date, weekday with signs oft he weekday, striking hours and quarters, celestial globe with star-signs.

Gilt brass and silver, dials silver with translucent enamel.

Johann II. Reinhold was the son of Johann I. Reinhold - the maker of numerous globe clocks for emperors and nobles.
